Compliance & quality
Practices we maintain, stated plainly.
This page is maintained by USA MedPremium Inc. to answer common quality, privacy and access questions from provider accounts. It describes our own operating practices. It is not an independent certification.
Order traceability
Every order carries a six-stage status history with the responsible staff member and timestamp recorded at each transition. Records remain available to the account for the life of the relationship.
Recall response
Because units are received under direct manufacturer agreements, affected shipments can be identified by order and notified. Recall notices are sent to the account contact on file.
Access control
Portal access is role-based. Operations users can create and update orders; executive users have strictly read-only access. Permissions are enforced server-side, not in the browser.
Data handling
Order records contain the patient name and shipping address supplied by the ordering provider. Access is restricted to authenticated users on the owning account. We do not sell or share account data.
Shared responsibility
- USA MedPremium is responsible for sourcing from authorized manufacturers, accurate picking and packing, carrier handoff, and maintaining the order record.

- Report a concern: quality or security issues can be sent to compliance@usamedpremium.co and are acknowledged within one business day.
