Information we collect

Business contact details you provide when requesting an account, including name, title, organization, work email, phone number and license or NPI information used to verify eligibility.

Order information submitted by your staff, which may include patient name, ship to address and product details needed to fulfill and deliver the order.

Technical logs such as IP address, browser type and portal activity, retained to secure the platform and investigate incidents.

How we use information

To verify provider eligibility, process orders, arrange carrier pickup, deliver shipments and support post delivery service.

To meet regulatory obligations, including lot traceability, recall notification and record retention.

To communicate order status, service notices and account documentation. We do not sell personal information.

Protected health information

Where we handle protected health information on behalf of a covered entity, we act as a business associate and operate under a signed business associate agreement.

Access is limited to staff with a fulfillment or compliance need. Portal access is invitation only, role scoped and logged.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Portal sessions are authenticated per user, and row level access rules prevent accounts from reading records outside their organization.

Public shipment tracking exposes only the information required to identify a delivery and never exposes account pricing or internal notes.

Retention

Order and traceability records are retained for the period required by applicable federal and state regulations, generally seven years, then securely destroyed.
