Who can open an account with USA MedPremium?

We supply licensed providers only: DME suppliers, home health agencies, clinics, long term care facilities and hospital systems. A copy of your state license and, where applicable, your NPI or DEA registration is required before the first order ships.

Do you sell directly to patients?

No. We are a business to business distributor. Patients should contact their provider, who can place the order with us on their behalf.

What is the order cutoff for same day dispatch?

Orders released before 3:00pm ET on a business day are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day, subject to stock availability.

Which carriers do you use?

UPS, FedEx and USPS. The carrier is selected by destination, service level and product handling requirements. A tracking number is assigned automatically as soon as the order enters the packing stage.

How do I track a shipment?

Use the tracking page with the order ID or tracking number. You will see the current stage, carrier, estimated delivery and the full stage history.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is contracted per account and reflects category mix and monthly volume. Your account manager issues a current price file after account approval.

Are lot numbers and recall traceability available?

Yes. Every unit is received against a purchase order with lot and expiry captured, so we can trace any shipment back to a manufacturer lot within minutes of a recall notice.

How do I request portal access?

Portal access is invitation only. Request access from the sign in page and our team will issue an activation code once your account is verified.
